No Exchange/Return/Refund on Sale Items
Sale Items are defined by price markdown during sales period.
Due to hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges will not be accepted for all panties sold online. For other merchandise purchased online , we will allow exchanges within 7 days at our stores. We are, however, unable to accept merchandise where the sewn-in garment tag has been cut or removed or the price tag has been removed. Returned merchandise must be in its original state, deemed to be unworn with tags attached, or be defective to be accepted for a refund. We urge you to refer to Sorella size chart to determine your best-fit size before making your purchases.
DAMAGED or FAULTY PRODUCT
We do our utmost to ensure that all items sold are of the highest quality. However, should you have a concern about a faulty or damaged item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days after you received the item.
PROBLEM WITH ORDER
If the product received does not correlate with the product you ordered, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the product, so that we can urgently review the matter for you and re-ship to you the correct product!
Should a refund be given due to our inability to fulfill an order, the refund amount will be credited back in to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Dependent on your bank, it may take a business day or two for the refund to be reflected in your statements.
