SHIPPING TIME
Orders will be processed for shipping within 1 – 5 working days.
During peak seasons such as sitewide discounts or sales events, order processing may take longer.
Please allow another 1 – 5 business days for your parcel to reach you.
TRACK YOUR PARCEL
Once your order has been processed, a confirmation email with the order details and tracking information will be sent to you.
Once your parcel is marked as shipped, we will send out a shipping confirmation email with a link and tracking number for your tracking purposes.
You can also track you parcel via J&T tracking page with the tracking number provided in the confirmation email.
PACKAGING
All our orders are packed in either craft boxes lined with wrapping tissue paper or poly mailer bags.
Self-collection in stores is currently not available.

Local Delivery - We have partnered with J&T for our last mile delivery. You may visit J&T tracking page to track your parcel with the tracking number provided in the confirmation email.
