Memberships, Tiers & Perks
You can check your account details by visiting the The Right Fit Rewards Member Portal. Please login first before you can view this page. Your tier status will be displayed in our marketing emails but the most updated information will be shown in your account on the Member Portal.
There are three different tiers for The Right Fit Rewards: Classic, Gold and Platinum. To become:
- Classic: Simply sign up for a The Right Fit Rewards account, no spends are required
- Gold: Spend an accumulated amount of S$250+ in your tier cycle
- Platinum: Spend an accumulated amount of S$600+ in your tier cycle
Your tier cycle starts when you join the loyalty program and goes on for 12 months unless your current tier is upgraded. If upgraded, the new tier cycle will get extended for 12 months, ending after 12 months from the date of upgrade. The tier end date is also known as your tier expiry date.
E.g. I joined the loyalty program on 1 Jan 2025 and got upgraded to Gold on 20 Mar 2025.
- Original tier cycle: 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 (12 months or 365 days)
- New tier cycle after upgrade: 20 Mar 2025 to 19 Mar 2026 (12 months or 365 days; assuming no further tier upgrades in this period)
As a Classic tier member, you will not be downgraded. Your membership is for a lifetime and there is no spend required to maintain this tier. As a Gold and Platinum member, you must continue to meet the minimum spend threshold for your tier in your tier cycle (within 12 months or 365 days of qualifying for that tier).
The good news is that you will not lose any of your points if you get downgraded. As soon as you’ve met the minimum spend required to reach the next tier, you’ll be upgraded again!

Yes, The Right Fit Rewards is an integrated loyalty programme that links both online (brand website) & offline (In-Store) purchases to reward members with points. You may also view your account details under the “My profile” tab after you log in.
Points & Rewards
In Store - Simply show our retail staff your mobile pass or provide our retail staff with your mobile number when you shop in-store and your points will be automatically added in your The Right Fit Rewards account.
Brand’s Website - Log in to your member account and earn points by making purchases on the brand's website. Points will be awarded upon payment made.
Departmental Stores - Log in to The Right Fit Rewards Member Portal and tap on Submit Receipt, fill up the necessary information and upload a clear receipt photo. Points will be awarded within 14 working days. For more details of Receipt Submission, please refer here.
You can view your points balance and check the amount needed to spend for you to upgrade to the next tier by logging in to your The Right Fit Rewards Member Portal.
Login to The Right Fit Rewards Member Portal and show to our retail staff the reward you would like to redeem. Do note that all rewards (Welcome Reward, Referral Reward, Redemption Reward, Birthday Reward, Event Reward) cannot be used in conjunction with one another, or with other discounts.
There is no cap to points accumulation. As members make more purchases, the more points they will earn.
For all the points earned, they will expire at the end of the month after a 12-month period.
For example, if you earned 300 points on 1 Jan 2025, this 300 points will expire on 31 Jan 2026.
Please note that expired points will not be reinstated regardless of reason. Login to check your points expiring in 30 days on your The Right Fit Rewards Member Portal.
Points may take a few minutes to be updated under your account. If points are not updated within 7 business days, please drop us a message at therightfit@sorella.com.sg.
Your birthday reward is automatically triggered on the 1st day of your birthday month and is available for redemption under 'Discover' for the whole month. Once you have redeemed the birthday reward, the reward will be available for use under 'My Rewards'.
Birthday rewards expire 30 days from date of redemption. Expired rewards will not be reinstated regardless of reason.
Refer & Get Reward
The Right Fit Rewards - Refer & Get Reward enables you to invite your friends to join our community. When they join, they will receive 100 points and new customers will also enjoy a $5 OFF on their first purchase!
As a token of appreciation, you will also receive 500 points for each friend you refer and made their first purchase.
To invite your besties (and more!) to join our community, simply head to your The Right Fit Rewards Member Portal and click on ‘Refer & Get Reward’ to get your unique personal link.
Once your friend makes their first order using your code and passes our fraud checks, the 500 points will be issued into your account within 1 business day. You’ll be able to see it on your member portal too.

Share your love for The Right Fit Rewards with your friends. Here are the details:
- Any The Right Fit Rewards member can refer a friend. Referees (person being referred) must not have purchased from Sorella, Pierre Cardin Lingerie and Young Hearts before and should use the referrer’s link when creating their account.
- The Referee’s order is considered successful only when the Referee makes a successful first purchase after creating an account with the Referrer’s personalised referral link.
- The Right Fit Rewards reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, withdraw, or discontinue the "Refer & Get Reward" program at any time without prior notice or liability.
In-store Purchases
Of course you can! Scan the Loyalty QR code found in-store to create your account online. You can also approach our friendly retail staff for help!
Simply log into your The Right Fit Rewards Member Portal and head over to the My Mobile Pass to find your personalised QR code. If you're unable to find your QR code, feel free to inform our cashier counter your mobile number registered under your The Right Fit Rewards account for our team to assist accordingly.

Submit Receipt
Receipt Submission is for purchases made at our counters in Department Stores. Members get to accumulate points by submitting the receipt when shopping at our Department Store counters.
Locate our Departmental Store Counters:
Do note that your purchases made online and in our retail stores will automatically earn points, you do not need to submit the online or in-store receipt again.
1. Login to your The Right Fit Rewards Member Portal
2. Tap the “Submit Receipt” icon shown on the homepage
3. Take a picture of your receipt using the ‘Camera’ icon, enter the information required and tap on ‘Submit’.
4. Points will be credited into your account within 14 working days.
Receipt must be submitted within 48 hours of the time of purchase. The following receipt details must be shown clearly in the submitted receipt image:
- Departmental Store name
- Date & time
- Total Amount
- Receipt Number
- Payment Method
Please retain your receipts after submission as you may be contacted to re-submit them in the event of submission errors or missing details.
Only printed receipts generated from the departmental store are accepted for accumulation of The Right Fit Rewards Points.
Please ensure that the store name, store address, total amount and date is clearly visible on the receipt.
We also do not accept payment slips from credit cards, debit cards and NETs.
Points earned by different individuals cannot be combined.
No, the same receipt can only be submitted once. Multiple submissions will be rejected as duplicates.
You may login to your The Right Fit Rewards Member Portal and tap on the ‘Check Submission’ icon to view the submission status.

Other Information
You can update your personal details in My Profile section.
Please contact us via this form to request to change your Birthday. Do note that your Birthday can only be updated once.
As for now, The Right Fit Rewards is available to customers shopping via Sorella website, Pierre Cardin Lingerie website and Young Hearts Lingerie website.
Your points will accumulate across all the 3 websites and you can use them to redeem at any website.
Do note that The Right Fit Rewards is only available for stores located in Singapore.

- At any time and in the Company’s sole discretion (including, without limitation, where a The Right Fit Rewards member was not eligible to earn a specific benefit pursuant to these Program Rules), the Company may correct:
o the amount of Points to the member’s account, and
o any other benefit that has been credited to the member’s account, including, without limitation, or any The Right Fit Rewards membership tier status. - The Company also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to prevent, cancel, or reconcile any transaction where The Right Fit Rewards suspects there has been fraudulent activity connected with the transaction.
